Digital Products (Download Links)
Digital manuals are non-refundable once downloaded or access links are provided, as they are instantly delivered and cannot be returned. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital items.
Exceptions (at our discretion):
- Faulty or incorrect file (e.g., wrong model/year): Contact us within 24 hours of purchase with order details for a replacement link or refund.
- Download issues: We’ll resend links up to 3 times.
Physical Items
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with packaging.
Eligible Returns:
